Women, Wellbeing,
& Wisdom
The Wellspace is redefining women’s wellness, through a female lens, in mindset and in practice. For too long, our health has been studied, diagnosed, and treated from a male perspective. Our weekly podcast, Inside the Wellspace, features real, honest conversations about the critical and often overlooked aspects of women’s health and wellbeing.
From hormones and mental resilience to sleep and bone health, experts talk about the things every woman needs to know but often isn’t told. Doctors, therapists, and specialists break down the science and share practical, evidence-based tools.
The goal? To help you feel informed, empowered, and in control of your health.

The Why
I’ve spent my life working with women, helping to build emotional strength through talk therapy, wellness practices, and community. I have a master’s in social work with a deep focus on women’s health and healing, and years of experience working with and advocating for women navigating trauma, toxic relationships, and life’s inevitable challenges. I’ve worked in the beauty and wellness space for decades, and today, I lead Naturopathica, a holistic wellness brand that blends therapeutic massage care with botanical, clinically proven skincare.
A year ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. No warning signs, no family history, just one routine mammogram that changed everything. In the same week I learned that I had osteoporosis - a condition that could have been prevented. That experience reinforced what I’ve always known: we need more honest and proactive conversations about our own health, around women’s health.
I realized how much I didn’t know about my own body. And I know I’m not alone.
If you’ve ever wished for an inside guide to your health - one that is smart, digestable, and actually doable - join me here.
