Maggie LaRocca

Maggie LaRocca is the Executive Director of Exhale to Inhale, a nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma-informed yoga to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. With over 15 years of experience in developing accessible mental wellness programs, Maggie is committed to bringing healing practices to underserved communities. Prior to her work with Exhale to Inhale, Maggie played a pivotal role in launching the Combat Stress Recovery Program at Wounded Warrior Project, where she supported veterans, active duty service members, and military families affected by PTSD and trauma.

Raised in a rural community with limited access to mental health resources, Maggie's personal experiences have shaped her deep understanding of the need for accessible care and the transformative power of healing. This insight drives her unwavering commitment to creating and scaling solutions that foster mental, emotional, and physical well-being for all. Maggie holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Speech from Northwestern University and a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
